Shabbat Summit
Tuesday, June 23 • 7:00 pm

Please join Rabbi Kahn at a ‘Shabbat Summit’ on Tuesday evening, June 23, to discuss Erev Shabbat (Friday evening) programming at Beth El for the coming year. We have had a multiplicity of Shabbat formats and programs…and more proposed… Should we have all these different programs?  What time should they take place? What about dinners, folk dancing, speakers, singing, movies, singles, elders, drumming…

Our goal is to have a one-night, strategic (and tactical) visioning and planning session. I hope that we will listen to each other, brainstorm creative ideas and come up with a workable plan for our congregation that will enhance the spiritual and communal life of each of us and our community. Will you come and make this happen? This is a one-time event; no additional meetings are required (although of course there may be volunteer opportunities that emerge…)
For more information, please email Charlie Radin.
