Grief & Bereavement Group Begins Next Week
Thursday evenings, starting January 22 - NEW START DATE • 7:30-9:00 pm
We are starting a grief and bereavement group for Beth El members who are in the process of grieving either a recent or a distant loss. Building on our previous Yizkor Circles, this will be a place where we can talk, share, support and grieve together in community. When applicable, we will locate our grief within the context of our Jewish tradition. This five-session group for Beth El members will meet on Thursday evenings, 7:30–9:00 pm, starting on Thursday, January 22. If you are interested in participating in this group, please call Cynthia Colvin at (510) 654-3330.

Cynthia Colvin is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. She has been in private practice in the Rockridge area for over 30 years, and has been a member of the Beth El community for 25 years.
